    Difficult to cancel order

    I called their hotline several times a day after placed my order to cancel it. Nothing happened.

    Awful customer support now

    In the recent past I was able to get I. Touch with a real person that was able to actually help me with my order and answer questions, unfortunately that level of customer care seems to have ended a few months ago. Now customers are stuck with online ordering or not helpful service people that tell customers someone will call them back and no one does call. Awful customer service!!!
