Steps to Reactivate your Kibow Account

If you are an existing customer of Kibow, you will be able to log in to your account for the first time using the following steps:

  1. Go to the new Kibow website: Access the new Kibow website by clicking on the URL provided in the announcement or reminder email.
  2. Click on "Sign in": Click on the "Sign in" link on the top right corner of the website header. 
  3. Click on "Forgot Password?": Click on the "Forgot Password?" link below the email and password fields.
  4. Enter your email address: Enter the email address associated with your Kibow account and click "Send request".  
  5. Check your email: Check your email inbox for a password reset email from Kibow. 
  6. Click on the password reset link: Click on the link provided in the email.
  7. Enter a new password: Enter a new password for your Kibow account.
  8. Log in to your account: Return to the Kibow store and enter your email address and new password to log in to your account for the first time on the new eCommerce site.

Once you have logged in to your account, you can verify that your account information, order history, and other details have been transferred correctly to the new site. If you have any issues or questions, don't hesitate to contact Kibow's customer support team for assistance.
