90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your initial purchase of Renadyl®, you may request a refund within 90 days of receiving your order.

This guarantee applies to the customer’s first purchase only.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before returning any product.

Return Instructions

Once your refund request has been approved, we will provide an RMA number and return instructions.

Please include your RMA number and order number with your return.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@kibowbiotech.com so we can make it right.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and processed, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 14 business days for processing. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
