Slow shipping - poor customer service

Shipping took 9 days, the product is most definitely dead by 9 days. Customer service was very poor.

Terrible delivery

This is not my first order, and I have no complaints about the quality of Renadyl. However, I do have complaints about the delivery for such a high cost! Previously, the delivery was precise and on time, so we placed this order based on the past delivery timelines. But this time, for some reason, you sent the medication via USPS instead of DHL. As a result, the package has been stuck in the U.S. for almost a month, and we are left without the medication. Very bad experience...
