Discrepancy in Order No. KB145441 – Renadyl Capsules
Dear Sir/Madam,
Re: Order No. KB145441 – Incorrect Quantity of Renadyl Capsules Received
I am writing with reference to the above-mentioned order number and the corresponding invoice to bring to your attention a discrepancy in the quantity of Renadyl capsules delivered.
I expected to receive three (3) packs of Renadyl capsules, making a total of nine (9) units. However, upon receiving my order, I discovered that I had received only three (3) units instead of the nine (9) I had expected.
I paid a total of US$500.85 (five hundred United States dollars and eighty-five cents) for this order. Given the amount paid and the quantity I expected to receive, I am concerned that there may have been an error in processing or fulfilling my order.
I would be grateful if you could investigate this discrepancy and arrange for the outstanding six (6) units to be delivered as soon as possible. Alternatively, please advise me on the appropriate steps to resolve this matter.
