Came extra hot 🔥 and what survived caused a uti

I paid extra for cold shipping and it came really hot like an oven. What bacteria did survive caused me a uti. And bacterial infection. I just got off of ciipro antibiotic.
I asked for a refund twice but customer service was non existant. Its been over a month and no response. This whole experience has been negative. I wish there was no stars. But it makes me select one.

At first when received I was very skeptical.so I took for 2 days had some gas no upset stomach. I prayed to God not for me but for others who are at stage 4 CKD.

Not sure if all was Renadyl , but my eGFR went up 22 points and Creatinine went down from 1.24 to 79. Plus I was eating correctly and exercising. Drinking water.
